Product Introduction
The amorphous silica made by German Netzsch equipment is a high-performance additive, serving as a matting, anti-blocking and antiblocking agent. It can fully substitute similar products like AB905 from American PQ Company and Sylobloc series from Grace. Widely applied in plastic masterbatches and films such as polyolefin and polyester (PET), as well as in combinations with PP, PE and PVC. Its porous nature effectively reduces adhesion and molecular cohesion, minimizing the adhesion tendency to ensure efficient production and use.

Working Principle
Polymer macromolecules' strong intermolecular forces cause film layer adhesion, leading to processing and handling issues. 开口剂二氧化硅介绍
产品的化学性质稳定，能有效防止膜粘附，降低摩擦系数，使膜卷绕顺畅，减少褶皱，便于进行膜的二次分切或开卷，有利于润滑剂或抗静电剂的均匀迁移。
在功能上，开口剂二氧化硅的主要作用是防止材料粘附。例如，在塑料薄膜的生产过程中，向聚乙烯和聚丙烯薄膜中添加由二氧化硅制成的开口母粒，可以在膜表面形成小凸起，减少膜之间的接触面积，从而减少膜之间的摩擦，使膜更容易开启而不粘附。
我们的产品具有良好的分散性，不会产生很多晶点。粒径适中且均匀分布，不易堵塞过滤网。折射率与树脂相近，最大程度地减小对膜的透明度的影响，减少设备磨损，具有自然均匀的颜色。不会划伤膜表面，不影响包装效果。
对于具体应用，一般采用粒径为3-8μm的合成二氧化硅开口剂以粉末形式使用。首先需要通过双螺杆挤出机与一定量的载体树脂混合，熔融塑化成5-10%的高浓度母粒。然后，可以按一定比例加入膜产品中，并与其他添加剂混合形成复合母粒。对于树脂生产商，可以在聚合物生产过程中添加少量的0.1%至1%，制作专用材料供下游膜制造商使用。适用于行业常见品种，开口剂的添加量根据不同类型的膜而变化。
