Product Introduction
The amorphous silica made by German Netzsch equipment is a high-performance additive, serving as a matting, anti-blocking and antiblocking agent. It can fully substitute similar products like AB905 from American PQ Company and Sylobloc series from Grace. Widely applied in plastic masterbatches and films such as polyolefin and polyester (PET), as well as in combinations with PP, PE and PVC. Its porous nature effectively reduces adhesion and molecular cohesion, minimizing the adhesion tendency to ensure efficient production and use.

Working Principle
Polymer macromolecules' strong intermolecular forces cause film layer adhesion, leading to processing and handling issues. The inorganic silica antiblocking agent forms a microscopic "rough" structure on the polymer film surface, disrupting these forces, reducing adhesion and facilitating layer separation for better film performance and usability.

開口劑二氧化矽簡介
此產品化學性質穩定，能有效防止薄膜沾黏，降低摩擦係數，使薄膜捲取平整，減少皺紋，使薄膜更容易進行二次分切或放捲，有利於潤滑劑或抗靜電劑的均勻遷移。
從功能性上來說，開口劑二氧化矽的主要作用是防止物料沾黏。例如在塑膠薄膜生產過程中，在聚乙烯、聚丙烯薄膜中添加由二氧化矽製成的開口母粒，可以在薄膜表面形成微小的凸起物，減少薄膜間的接觸面積，從而減少薄膜間的摩擦，使薄膜更加順暢地打開而不發生粘連。
我們的產品分散性好，不會產生太多晶點。粒徑適中、分佈均勻，不易堵塞濾網。折射率與樹脂相近，最大限度地減少對薄膜透明度的影響，減少設備磨損，色澤自然均勻。不刮傷薄膜表面，不影響包裝效果。
對於特定應用，一般使用粉末狀的粒徑為3-8μm的合成二氧化矽開口劑。它們首先要與一定量的載體樹脂透過雙螺桿擠出機混合，熔融塑化成5-10%高濃度母粒。然後按照一定的比例添加到薄膜製品中，與其他助劑混合，形成複合母粒。對於樹脂生產廠商來說，在聚合物生產過程中添加0.1%~1%的少量，製成專門的材料，供下游薄膜廠商使用。適用於業界常見品種，依薄膜種類不同，開口劑添加量也不同。
